Our founder, Bob Robertson and son Robert, had an idea to create a restaurant that was more than a place that served great food. The Robertson’s wanted to give locals a place where they’d always feel at home. A place where they could get a delicious breakfast or lunch, at down-to-earth prices, and where they’d be treated right by people who had a passion to serve.
After selling the family business of over twenty years, Evans Diner, The Robertson duo decided a new concept that was in tune with today’s generation was needed. Bob quickly decided he’d let his son, Robert, pave the way with the new business, and thus, That Flippin’ Egg was born right here in Evans.
Today, That Flippin’ Egg, serves the residents of Columbia and Richmond counties daily, and prides ourself on only serving the best quality products around. Open daily, 6:00am to 2:00pm, serving the freshest breakfast and lunch in the CSRA.
